school leagues require you to live for some length of time in the district of where you are zoned to attend that school.

Is NC going to set up a transfer portal for high school kids? Utterly ridiculous.

students can receive "special permission" to attend a particular school that is outside of the required attendance zone. There are restrictions and limitations.
