The Tommy Bowden Syndrome

Win big games; lose games you shouldn't lose; and when job is in trouble look like your moving forward at the very end of the season with the program only to see the same scenario play out again in the following season. It's like groundhog day over, and over, and over again. I see similarities. JMO.
