The time is now, folks. Everyone is talking up Alabama as being the greatest team ever with the greatest Defense ever (pretty sure we heard that last year), and it looks like they certainly are the team to beat.
However, I believe that we are on the road to becoming the next dynasty. We're getting better and better with our recruiting class quality, we're opening cutting edge facilities and upgrades to the ones we already have, and we're laying the necessary blueprints of what a dynasty needs.
We have losses here and there, yeah...but so does Alabama. So did Oregon (not quite a dynasty, but VERY successful), Ohio State, USC (the real ones, not the ones with a goofy chicken mascot), Florida State....They ALL have had head scratching losses, but that didn't deter them from continuing on. We've had disappointments these past few years, and at times we've looked like we didn't want it bad enough. We've also proven a lot of people wrong. We've fallen the giants (oklahoma, lsu, ohio state, florida state, auburn, etc) and shown them that we don't just belong, but we DESERVE to be among the elite.
We've been chipping away since 2011.
I believe that if we can somehow get to the top, and BEAT Alabama, THIS year, we will have opened a new can of worms for College Football.
Oh yeah, Clemson is here to stay. However, this journey start all starts all over again with winning at Wake Forest, and boy, I can honestly say that I'm excited. Are you?

Everything you say is true and I'm proud to be a Tiger.
But this team is not playing like an elite right now.
We did last season and we are very close but elite teams don't let AVG teams hang with them.
Elite teams don't have 3-4 turnovers a game.
We have elite talent but something is still missing.
The Tigers have a golden opportunity with its toughest games won to do a lot of things in the next 2 months.
The question is will they be great?
