It's built to withstand earthquakes, thus all the bracing.

Do I see FOUR decks?

I still think...

Nov 30, 2018, 10:36 AM

playing the National Championship game at an outdoor venue where the weather and temperature can adversely impact the outcome of the game is unbelievably short-sighted.

No one really thought Tampa would be a problem but a lot of folks nearly froze once the sun set.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Sounds like we have a fair weather fan here

Nah...

Nov 30, 2018, 10:45 AM

I've sat through a bunch of rainy cold games over the years (TCU, Notre Dame, Syracuse in the Gator Bowl, Cal in the Citrus Bowl, A&M, LaTech in the Smurf Turf Bowl, etc.)

I don't especially like it, but I still do it.

It's the most asininely stupid place to play a CFP title gam

Knowing it ain't going to be a West coast team involved.

Play it down here in DFW at Jerry world. Bigger stadium with more options for everything.

The locals give nary 2 shytes about college fb and on the west coast on Monday night you're in normal rush hour traffic.

If you're determined to play out west...

Nov 30, 2018, 10:57 AM

a least play the game in Arizona or Seattle where there is a covered stadium.

Heck...I'd rather go to Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Minneapolis rather than San Francisco.

Been to 4 Niners games there and PAC-12 championship game there

Nov 30, 2018, 11:33 AM

Sun is blinding in stadium and it gets cold and windy at night. Huge concourses and tons of concessions...clean and spacious stadium but Niner fans miss Candlestick like crazy out there because of it being in SF, history, and flavor of the old dump.
