I'm over it too, but this is DISGUSTING!

Especially the last paragraph in this ESPN article about RN:
Beverly realized pretty quickly that Ole Miss wouldn't be the most popular choice for her son, at least not with outsiders.
"I heard all of that," she said. "I know they haven't won an SEC championship since 1963. People told me all of that. They told me Ole Miss was a racist place and they hated black people. It's not a black and white issue for me. My son was there for a whole year and he didn't die. They didn't kill him."
Beverly said Freeze won her over in the end, for the way he developed Denzel's potential more than anything else.
"They didn't offer us anything," Beverly said. "All of the other schools who recruited my son looked at him as a machine. But Ole Miss went beyond that; they showed him the softer side of people and looked at him as a human being. I don't want my son to be seen as a piece of metal, a weapon they can use to win games. I want him to be loved and fall into a family, which is what they've done with Denzel."

I wasn't trying to give her anymore attention. It's just that the only other school that Robert committed to was us. She implies in this that: we (Dabo)saw him as a machine; didn't show him the softer side of people...nor as a human being; and that we aren't as much of a family. Just rubs me the wrong way knowing what I do about Dabo's character.

This lady is just a c*nt, straight up.
Honestly, I have no problem with R Nkemdiche choosing to go elsewhere. As a 17-18 year old kid, I'm not going to fault someone for changing their mind about such an important decision. I don't fault RN or any other recruit for their actions (even if I was a bit annoyed with Elijah Daniels going out of his way to talk bad about Clemson). Would he have come to Clemson if the outside voices didn't exist? Maybe. But I'd rather it be his decision...it seems like he wasn't driving the bus here.
My problem is with this lady. She is supposedly a doctor. She played a very small roll in her son's life prior to now and all of a sudden came out of nowhere and trashed the idea of her son committing to Clemson. She refused to visit the campus or even talk with Dabo. Then she talks about how everyone else just wanted to treat him like a machine. It's frustrating to hear it...I guess I shouldn't get riled up about it since she's proven herself time and time again to be a very ignorant person, but oh well.

long while. As far as Beverly, "show me de money", Kimdeeche, it's looking like it could be the complete opposite of what she is claiming. Dabo all but begged the kid not to commit, she refused to visit Clemson or talk to Dabo, and surely nothing was offered to get RN to Ol Mi$$.

the phone to have a conversation with the coach of the program that her son saw fit to initially commit to? And who was the one that essentially told her son where he will spend the next three(?) years of his life in order to accommodate her travel schedule?
I do not understand this woman.

"I wanted both of my boys to play for the same school."
At least that could have a ring of truth to it.
