The Riley hire is going to help us with offensive recruiting

and we certainly needed a boost. This young, successful coach is just what the doctor ordered in my opinion. Recruiting momentum changes at lightning speed, and we've seen that firsthand.

I am excited to see that Dabo isn't happy, and isn't standing by and letting us slowly fall. He's actively making us better.

I am super excited to see how this helps RB and WR recruiting in particular.

We were the heavy favorite of Ryan Wingo

Oh man, Ryan Wingo

if we sign him, I will be doing backflips. And on a side note, I probably won't be around to see him play after I attempted said backflip at 52. haha.

Where did you see that? I didn't even think we were close to being considered contenders. Wiltfong tends to be right.

Wiltfong jumped the gun on that one.

I have a pretty solid source that says we lead.

I'm excited to see you actually posting something positive for a change, you should do it more often. Its a good look for you.

I am not a negative person. I sat in that stadium in 1991

and watched the Danny dynasty come to an end (he didn't coach that game but his players were up and down the roster). We would go on to 1-6 in bowl games after that, with our lone win 14-13 against Kentucky on a miracle play.

I guess I am just a little gun-shy when I see it slipping these days.

There's no shame in feeling like good times are slipping away. We all do it on occasion. We just crossed paths when all I ever saw of you was constant negative posts and railing against our team or at least some aspect of it. I'm glad something has happened to turn you around to positivity. Most of us are glad there's a fresh face in the offensive coaching room, it truly did need some fresh blood to spice things back up. I think you'll agree we both (along with all Clemson fans) want them back in the big game next year. Hopefully this change in offensive leadership does just that. Let's go Tigers!

Early in his recruiting process Arch Manning surprisingly had SMU in his top group. I believe Riley was there at that time.

I had zero confidence that the offense would get any better if Streeter would of came back. This hire infuses confidence in the players and fan base. No doubt recruiting will improve. Hopefully they can get a good WR from the portal.
