all. There are two places to go from there - back onto the coaching carousel, or the NFL, and he could have done either from where he was. Makes no sense to me other than $$$, and maybe they were pushing him out.

compared to the SEC. Lincoln Riley wants to win a championship. Helluva lot easier to at least get into the playoffs at USC when the only current in-conference competition is Oregon and Utah.
Compare that to where he was headed with Oklahoma into the SEC with Bama, Georgia and TAMU then include LSU and UF who both have talent?
Even if the money is just break-even after tax increases, seems like that's what Riley is saying.
