1. turn off your TV.
2. follow health guidelines rigorously.
3. Go to work. at home or elsewhere if you can.
4. Buy stocks now.
5. Study/improve upon/learn a new hobby.
6. go fishing/hiking or another outdoor activity.
7. Get good rest and take your vitamins.
8. watch the 2018 natty for the 3,417th time.

The fear virus is the worst and deadliest of all. While it's hard to watch all the negative publicity, my mother had a little sign above the kitchen sink that said, "Keep Looking Up". That seems great advice in times like these. I think I'll just try to follow that advice.

Though there are perils out there, for sure, I do agree that we, myself included, build up fears that rarely turn out to be as bad as we imagine they will be. I am confident this crisis will pass, and on the back side of it we will be stronger, and better able to handle future adversities, because of it.
