NFL seemed boring yesterday after Rivalry Week

My cousin from NYC was posting on FB last night what a great day it had been since both the Giants and Jets won .I have been watching the NFL more the last couple of years but after Michigan/ Ohio State in the snow , the Iron Bowl , and the Chicken Beatdown/ Shutout the NFL bored me to tears yesterday. Anyone else feel the same Sunday ?

College football beats the Pros, hands down in my opinion but I also have my pro team. Once they are eliminated from the playoff's I stop watching the pros.
I will however watch Clemson through their bowl game.

and it has for years.

The NFL has homogenized and sanitized the league as much as possible and killed the spirit of the game in the process. Every team pretty much runs the exact same stuff both offensively and defensively.

It's extremely straightforward and bland.
