Feb 28, 2013, 9:16 PM

really get us close to being back in balance, and that doesn't include the massive future imbalance from unfunded liabilities.

And folks are going nuts over this? Seriously we can't figure out 85B in savings on a a budget approaching 4T and a deficit of 1T?

This is a joke.

tax all together and let them hire more folks (who will pay taxes), bring offshore money to the states, and make more capital investments and issue more dividends (taxed) and let he economy take off?

Heavy forbid we get folks working and off the gov doll. Or does that idea not make sense because you will lose voters?

because you don't understand carry forward loses.

Lets get rid of that rule and ruin the economy further.

The funny thing is just about every policy you espouse, whether it be tax policy or gun control, is based on no knowledge of the issue you want to control.

No wonder we are in such a mess. It would be like me performing open heart surgery. I guarantee that patient isn't going to turn out so well.

You get rid of corporate loopholes. Get rid of all deductions. Then tax the rich @ 75% like France....and then after you've wrecked our economy, you will come close to BALANCING our budget. Forget paying down the $16 trillion debt.

manufacture will cost us. All corporations will just pass the tax on in the cost of the products. All it is is raising taxes on the people, including low income and middle class.

Mar 1, 2013, 9:26 AM [ in reply to The middle class and poor can't afford it. You can start ]

Most people will spend what they have or GET(welfare). The middle class has gorged itself on CARS, HOMES, VIDEO GAMES, FLAT SCREEN TV's, ETC and have out-spent their means - in other words, they have learned from the free-spending GUBMINT!
Go hang around a grocery store and view the so-called poor arriving in their mercedes and chrysler 300's filling up grocery carts and paying with food stamps and EBT's.

And you libbies think we need more of this!
