court.
Something smells about this entire matter, so my attitude is simple: if that attorney's claims via the lawsuit(s) prove frivolous, then he should either be held in contempt by the courts or disbarred or both, the latter of which would be well-deserved IMO.

Yes and no. I DO think their claims should be investigated, but if there us nothing there, the attorney AND the women supposedly making this claim need to serve some time. I have seen actual cases, some in the Marine Corps even where the woman absolutely lied, and walked away clear, because "she needed mental health assistance " screw that. What about the guy who was put through HELL for however long. I had one Marine who was in the brig and missed his EAS( end of contract) by over a year because of a false claim. The female Marine? Oh, just got told to go to therapy and moved on with her life. Btw, the guy NEVER gets his reputation back 100%. Sorry, it happens, it happens a LOT, and it is multiplied for pro athletes and celebrities. I dont want to see it covered up, and IF the facts say he's guilty than punishment should be forthcoming. But this smells like the streets of Columbia to me...

I scrolled down to read some of the comments. One was very good....wondered if ESPN would back all the “metoo” women or an African American QB? I just picture a bunch of their journalists and panelists falling all over each other trying to get away from the cameras. ????????????

This might be a first.
T3 getting thumbed up by me and Carlsbad? Wow. But I agree. This guy sounds like a self-promoting whack job doing some sort of power-trip flex job on Deshaun because...well, Don't You Know Who I Am?
Again, maybe Deshaun's got us all completely fooled and the guy he's shown us for years at Clemson and then at Houston is somebody completely different when the door closes, again, like a Bill Cosby or a Matt Lauer. But I don't think so, and this has smelled like a shakedown from Minute 1, and this guy came in flexing like the Samsonite Gorilla. ("I'm a Marine!")
I guess it'll play out. But I will give Deshaun the benefit of every doubt until hard evidence emerges to the contrary...which I am dubious will ever see the light of day. He's more than earned that from me, anyhow, by the way he's always conducted himself.

I bet he's a Texans fan/luxury box owner too. Might be some sour grapes motivating his insatiable appetite to take DW down. Or maybe DW is who the ladies say he is. If he is, he better settle up quickly. Take it from Peyton Manning. His little mishap just vanished all of a sudden...hasn't been discussed since.
