The hypocrisy of Paul Finebaum

I came across the little nugget on Twitter this morning and am honestly surprised it hasn't been percalating more than it has. The hypocrisy of that man, and in use that distinction loosely as applied to him, is simply staggering. Yes, he walked back his righteous indignation towards Dabo today, but it's hard to claim the moral high ground when he was never on it to begin with.

These were Finebaum's uncut thoughts on Kaepernick and inequality three years ago. My, how times have changed. What a miserably uneducated, frankly dumb, person he is.

Hey Paul, leave OUR team and OUR coach alone! Go Tigers!

needs to worry about whether his explanation will be "baffling", or "fall short". How has this not come up in the last two weeks. I hope it makes its way to the right audience. He had the nerve to say, "I'm not buying it" to Dabo's statement before walking it back.
