At the fear (as skeeta56 would say) of bringing the druids out, but gabrelcik NF just triple bogeyed so now he and Kyle are tied for first. Both have 4 holes left with the par 5 18th... This would be a HUGE HUGE win for Kyle.... I am envious of all that are at sawgrass and following our Tigers.. JK. But you have witnessed perhaps our best showing since the Natty win.
Our Tigers are on fire today. Now have a 15 shot lead with 4- 5 holes to play!!!!!!!!
Tears of joy for Coach Penley and Byrd! Showcase that trophy and pull Kyle through.

Oh, did I mention that we currently have 4.... Yes that's not a typo, but 4 golfers in the top 10. Praying it stays that way. Stupid covid, wouldn't let me be there.

Tip of the cap to the Tiger golfers. Kyle finished 2nd... ?? but Turk birdied 18 to take solo 3rd. Colby was 6th and Jacob was 10th. 4 TIGERS top 10.... Have yourself a day!!!!!
Congratulations to Coach Penley and Coach Byrd and all the staff. When you arrive back, would love to welcome the team home. They deserve it.

That was an incredible final day for the Tigers Congrats to Larry and all of the Tiger team. Hopefully they can get a couple of more wins this year to send Larry off as the winningest golf coach in ACC history ..... over Jesse Haddock (who hardly knew what a golf club was when he started coaching at Wake Forest. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine's mother taught Jesse to play golf after he became WF head coach).

CLP definitely deserves it then. Win the ACC tournament would be one. If we win the regional, would that count as a tournament win. How nice to send him out with the natty. Let's see if we can break or at least tie the record before that.

Congrats to the Tigers on tournament Win #2 of the season and a big congrats to coach Penley on his 81st Win at Clemson and now just one tournament Win shy of tying for the all time wins in the ACC with former Wake Forest head coach Jesse Haddock

We definitely need to get him that. Making my plans for Scottsdale AZ. Wonder if we'll be in the Tallahassee or Tennessee regional this year. If anyone finds out if they're letting patrons in for the ACC, please let me know. Tia
I was pulling so hard for Kyle. Thought he might shoot his best round ever. Hats off to the NF fella, birdie birdie finish was strong. But I want to say this is Kyle's best ever finish as a Tiger...
