We need to seriously name the choke that UL did today

I have no idea what to call it, but it needs a name. How you choke in the bottom of the 9th with a 3-0 lead, and allow a grand slam by your ace relief pitcher that is due to be selected in the 1st round, against a freshman with only ONE HR all season is beyond belief.
I saw someone call it a "Louisville", but there has to be other suggestions. Heather Dimmich would be proud.

Louisville did not choke! One announcer calling the USuck and OKST game put matters into perspective quite well. Sometimes teams just have some luck on their side. If you look at the odds for this particular outcome they are very interesting.
