Were they not on the staff of a two time NC and 6 time CFP participant.
What is your point?

True. I still can’t believe we couldn’t get Bud Foster.

He was on the Bama staff for 5-6 years. The OP's point was how much experience the staff had at other P5 schools.

never held P5 jobs before joining Clemson's staff?
And the ones who did, like Caldwell and Pearman, we complained about incessantly

So?
If memory serves, wasn't Robbie Caldwell the only guy on Clemson's offensive staff in 2018 (the year we skunked Alabama for the national title) who had ever worked for another coach other than Dabo or coached for another school aside from Clemson?
I'm hardly one of those "Dabo can do no wrong" types because I actually thought Dabo was being ridiculously loyal to Caldwell long after it was obvious the fire was gone from Caldwell's belly, but by now I think Dabo's more than earned the benefit of the doubt when it comes to picking the guys to hire and elevate.
I mean, Tony Elliott and Jeff Scott were fellow walk-ons on Dabo's WR corps when he was hired in as a WR's coach back in 2004...and they went from that to GA's to position coaches to coordinators to head coaches at major D1 programs, so, you know...the dude seems to know who to promote. And if memory serves everybody was going "Dabo who" because I think he was a salesman not even in coaching when Tommy Bowden hired him.
Resume is often way overrated.

Players block or don't block. If our linemen are too heavy to move, that is on the coaches.
