So out of all the safeties plus Malcom Greene and B Carter we believe that #12 puts us in the best position to win in our Prevent or Nickel Package? Sorry, it doesn't add up. Did anyone notice that BC went right down the field on their last drive against the Prevent until the timely fumble occurred? This is another in a long line of coach's kids that don't need to be on the field. It did not begin with this staff but they have taken nepotism to another level. When #12 gets barbecued on a game winning throw perhaps folks will begin to question the logic.

Can y’all not? JV is the only one that gets considerable playing time and I think his dad has a pretty good idea of what he’s doing. Our issues have nothing to do with coaches’ kids.
Jake plays linebacker. Tyler is the Safety or Nickel. Actually, all coach's kids do play a role besides the obvious downgrade when they step on the field. They consume scholarships that we apparently lack, particularly on the OL. Yes of course DJ and the offense is the glaring issue.

Well, it' not that hard. When you look at the roster and see Drew Swinney 2VL, and Will Swinney 4VL then that tells you that yes indeed, they are on scholarship. When it has SQ next to your name like a Luke Price then you are not on scholarship. And yes, Covid has allowed "extra" players on scholarship this year. I don't have enough time to type all the coach's kids and relatives that have been on scholarship the past 5 years but three years ago we led the nation. Not sure where we stand now.
