Maybe a little dull and tired but that NW pitcher showed us speed doesn't kill, movement does. Hopefully our pitchers will learn from watching her. As the announcers said, she has perfected 3 pitches and uses both sides of the plate. She'll take them far.

We're young and our hitting is weak past the 5 hole. We'll learn from it and not strike out as much... Hopefully.

swinging at everything. Got a feeling Valerie is getting ready to erupt. Hitting may be a concern this year. Thought McCubbin pitched decent...was getting ground balls...we were just booting them all over the infield.
