The arm hack aside, how was this not a foul?

The defender reaches in from the side, hacks Hall on the arm, the body-checks him here, clearly not having established defensive position. Just a terrible, terrible chicken-shite "no-call".

That's not a body check and if you watch the video that part of the play isn't a foul.

Why focus on that when the foul was obviously the hand check...

the Hood one after on sportscenter. See if you can find that one. Hood wasn't going to dribble or squeeze through Nnoko and KJ, so he flinched and tumbled.
