Ha. Pretty sure Texas and Oklahoma have little pull in the college basketball world. So we’ll return fire with the acquisition of DePaul and Xavier and be told about the T.V. markets

In hindsight, the lawmakers in S. Carolina pressure the UofSC and the SEC to get Clemson into the SEC. Probably should have been proactive on that since 2012 instead of now though.

Exactly. If the SEC can pull off getting Texas and Oklahoma, they'll dominate the ratings in every sport from football to women's volleyball. As well as recruiting.

Penn St and Florida would be natural cultural fits for the ACC but sadly I see neither leaving, nor should they.
We'll end up with a West VA and a Cincy, or as others have suggested, UCF and be told how wonderful it is to get two up and comers and expanded markets. Sloppy seconds.

I'd say the same with Oklahoma as well. Imo, they go to the SEC, they might suffer the same fate that Nebraska has with the B1G. Just not a good cultural fit.
