Are the stadium renovations still happening?

Supposed to get a new videoboard, sound system and LED lights, but Clemson has been very quiet about it, so not sure if it is still happening. If it is happening, is Williamson Road going to be closed for construction?

How much would it cost to rip out all the benches and put in individual seats?
The seat backs are essential and work OK to mark your spot, but that would be a real fan upgrade.
I guess it would result in fewer seats to sell and would add no extra $$.
That would be a fan level improvement.
