Supreme Court Ruling and Baseball Scholarships

So…since the Supreme Court ruled that you can’t cap educationally-related expenses, doesn’t that take away the restrictions on baseball scholarships that have plagued Clemson Baseball over the years? If it’s justified, the kids can receive it.

If I’m missing something here, let me know.
