I tried to work out back yesterday and only lasted 3 hours, though the last hour I really struggled. Things do change when you get old; as a young sailor I could run about the beach in the hot sun all day without issue. I barely made it back up the steps to the house yesterday.
It’s friggin’ hot and humid. For anyone working outside - be safe and know your limits.

Raining on the northside of town between 10 and noon. WYFF just had on the news heat index in Greenwood was just 76 while it was 100 already over in Elberton.

Well guys where I live here in Illinois, northwest of Chicago the temp here is only 96 with a heat index of 110. Supposed to be worse tomorrow. Had severe storms yesterday due to the late arrival of the heat and expecting the same tomorrow. So everyone in South Carolina stay safe in that heat. I am going back outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy the warm weather.
