I turned it off right after I heard a Big Ten caller state that Wisconsin regularly outrecruits everybody in the ACC except for Clemson.

We are Clemson. I don’t care what conference we are in but we are in the ACC. I don’t need to suck the teat of the SEC to be happy. I’ll take whipping their best’s ### 44-16 while pulling off the dogs any day.

Yes, Clemson is our team. In the ACC and it doesn't matter who, where or when they play. ACC or SEC, they are still playing for championships.
IMO, Clemson in the SEC Least would be no harder than the ACC Atlantic when FSU and Louisville are up to par.

Put extra probation on us we should have gone to the SEC. Today, it would be fun to regularly go into Bryant-Denny, Sanford Stadium, and the faux Death Valley and beat those teams down. I get tired of some of the weak teams we carry the banner for in the ACC. But hey, y'all known my feeling on this for years here on Tigernet. John "Bozo the Clown" Swofford is no hero of mine. until fairly recently, basketball was the moneymaker from a conference affiliation. You made money from football, but it wasn’t from TV packages (and conference affiliation) as much as ticket sales. Before the mid-80s, the “Notre Dame” rule said you could only be on national TV once in the regular season.
