i honestly do not see Brent having an answer for two true freshman cornerstone and our best Safety sitting out against a really powerful passing attack..

I disagree, but I still think Wes can develop into a stud DC. BV wouldn't have slow played that mesh and would have clogged up that QBs passing lanes and there wouldve been more tipped balls and such like he did last year. He blitzed up the middle alot vs Wake last year, today on the occasions Clemson did blitz it was from the outside and the DL was slow playing that scheme instead of just penetrating(idk why that was the plan as it played right into there hands).

Brent Venables could not make those true fresh corners grow up mid-game.

But, Streeter certainly seems to be making great strides wt DJ and the receivers.
