Colorado fans are becoming the biggest clowns in CFB

Deion might do great there but the fans are completely delusional. They swear that he’s bringing in top talent with recent transfers who were highly rated in HS but haven’t done a thing in college. They were 1-11 last year and now they are acting like they’re Bama it’s a clown show 😂😂😂

I mean after going 1-11 and seeing all this immediate radical change would excite any fanbase. I don’t blame them. Even if they go .500 next year it’ll be a huge improvement

I get being excited but when you see their fans using the commitment of a former five star who has zero sacks in three years it’s just funny.

This is so stupid.
First, USC is very good. They're basically clones of the playoff Oklahoma teams. They have the best quarterback in the country and the second best set of wide receivers. They also have the best offensive mind in college football. There's a reason we wanted his little brother. Their defense sucks, but if they can improve there even a little (defense is pretty much losing most of its value in today's game with all the stupid rules), they are a potential playoff team.
Second, Oregon State is not the #2 spot. They finished sixth in the Pac-12 last year. You're ignoring the two teams in the Pac 12 championship last year: Utah and Oregon. Washington was also particularly good. The Pac-12 finished with 6 ranked teams, and were quite a bit better than the ACC top to bottom.

Let them be excited. They haven’t had much reason for excitement in a long time.***

Need some excitement and something to work towards, even if it’s being .500. I like the Coach. It’s a lot like when Rick Barnes got here, but deion’s attracting more talent than the slab five. Alot of folks don’t like his confidence, but his message is sound. Good luck to them.

CU fans are not getting excited expecting...

...a 5-7 or 6-6 season this year.
Go read their message boards or check some youtube videos.
Deion will have to resell them to the fans and try to convince them 5-7 was a great season. Now, on his behalf, I have not seen him even hint at a win total for this year. So, he won't have to backtrack even if they only win 4 games this year. He can still sell it as a great success. The question is will the fans lklbe patient and buy it.

Perception is bigger than reality in everything from steaks to buying cars. If you think you’re right I can’t change your decision n the situation! Little knowledge about what your talking about goes a long way!

He has signed two guys from FSU (will probably get a 3rd). Both were highly recruited out of HS. One guy was on the third line of the dpeth chart at LB last year and projected to be on 2nd linme at best this year. The other was recruited as a corner. He struggled at corner for his two years here and was moved to safety this Spring. He apparently wasn't happy with the move and entered the portal.
FSU won 10 games last year. But, DB and LB were certainly not the strengths of the team. Getting guys who had limited PT off that team is not exactly something to set off the fireworks and declare great things are coming. They are better than CU had last year, but that is a low bar to clear.

Deion needs to start practicing what he preaches and treat everyone with respect regardless of how good of a football player they are. I do not like the way he treated the guys that he was trying to run off, if indeed what they say is true. That is what I respect so much about Dabo is that he treats all of his players the same as well as all of the employees of the athletic department.

I agree with at @tigerlink. I was really interested in the Dion story. However, when I heard he was not giving players their game film to show new school I soured on him. It's all digital. Just click and send. It common practice these days between coaches and school s.
I watched a lot of Dion u.tube. he talks a lot about character and leadership. Does seem he practices what he preaches. That's probably why some of the 75 players left Colorado.
