Perseverance lands tomorrow (mars rover)

My kid worked on it a bit. Here is an article that NC Space Grant wrote about her. They gave her a scholarship in community college and she ended up with a Chemical Engineer degree from State along with a biomanufacturing minor and got a job as a rocket scientist.

nice article.

FIL worked on the Atlas rocket back in the late '60's and early '70's. Weird they are still calling them Atlas.
