The funniest thing to me this season

Was when people were clamoring for Cade and he threw an instant pick six like they knew what they were talking about. This place is ridiculous. Please, go kill Cade's confidence when he's clearly not ready just to please the idiots who don't know how it works.
DJ is better than Cade at this moment, sorry to break your hearts.

I agree, but development is an issue to me. Brandon Streeter cannot survive much more of this.

Not saying development isn't an issue. That's a fair take. But to think this would magically be a better team throwing the true frosh in when the staff works with them daily is funny to me. He's pulled Cade for deshaun, Bryant for Trevor. If it was that obvious it would happen.

FYI, it was DJ who threw the pick-6 the very next series. Cade’s pick was with him in his own end zone but was not returned for a TD.

It was in his own end zone and quickly scored for a TD. Pathetic argument like that makes it better..was a terrible throw

So, do you have anything to say about DJ’s actual pick-6 or just completely ignore it to prove your point?

Nothing at all, DJ actually played his worst game against ND. And Cade came right in, did what he did and who came out the next series? I apologize for the mistake, it was in his own end zone not a pick 6. Saying Cade should play is like your girlfriend who knows nothing about football asking why they don't play the backup. She doesn't get it

Agreed. No fan of Steeter but there’s no way he’s able to run the offense at full capacity. Play calling suspect, but there’s more to the story.

This isn't B.Streeter's fault, either.
J.McFadden (a truly fine OT) has had a poor game.
We need McFadden to return to his form of 2021 and the first 8 games of 2022 for us to beat UNC in the ACC playoff and to have a shot at winning in a top tier bowl game.

I disagree, the last fumble WAS Streeters fault. At this point in the game there is no reason DJ should be dropping back to throw on 75% of plays up by 23. Doing it when they load the box once or twice to keep them honest is one thing, but this is ridiculous. DJ hasn't had the best day, but that wasn't on him.

Nothing about this is exciting. It’s ridiculous to watch and half a step short of a clown show

If you think that DJU is a bad QB, then you know nothing about football.
DJU isn't Lamar Jackson or Deshaun Watson, but he's better than anyone in the ACC other than Drake Maye or Sam Hartman.

So you’re saying he’s the 3rd best in the ACC. Got it.
Not saying much is it?

I think the coaching staff would agree with me and laugh at you, that's really all that matters. Calling out the idiots (you)

DJ has played well today. Not perfect (esp. overthrow of A.Randall that resulted in the pik), but pretty darn good.
LT J.McFadden is a fine player, but has not been up to his standard the past two games. When J.McFadden gets beat badly (as has been the case at least twice today), the QB is going to get a blind-side hit.
Cade, T.Lawrence, D.Watson, Lamar Jackson, Tom Brady ... they all fumble when the DE isn't slowed down and then the QB gets popped.
DJ didn't hold the ball too long (in this case). OL protection just wasn't good.

Wow, someone who gets it and doesn't cry for the backup when the team isn't playing well. Thank you for the actual response

Then that’s an indictment of our coaches that we have no serviceable QB.
Quite pitiful.

How would you even know that. Let’s put Cade in for a game so he can screw up as much or less than DJ and see what happens. So sick of defending #5. He ain’t it and never will be.

This is stupid. Cade ran a great series at GT. Cade won the Cuse game in the 4th qtr. You pull one series from ND, the best team we played starting on the 6yd line and makes a mistake. You are making some dumb assumptions!

If you're going for the opposite point you're making dumb assumptions as in you know more than you think you do. Would you purposely promote an employee if it made you look bad? Sit down please

With his mechanics. Slow fakes, and his release needs to be quicker - a lot quicker. However, he is much better running this year.

Don't disagree, you're not going to catch me saying DJ is a first round pick. You will catch me saying this game would be much closer with Cade and the people that matter know this
