If Dr. Hair (Clemson M.D) would have kept up the research back in the middle 60's a year or two after development of Gatorade at U. of Fla. I was his lab assistant as a pre-med student here. He had me take blood before F.B. practice and then afterwards to see what minerals they lost during practice. If if had taken the same successful route as Gatorade, I think TigerAid would have been even more successful.

Dr. Jud Hair was a great one. I broke my collarbone playing touch football, and it was in two pieces. Dr. Hair popped it back into place and strapped me up with a harness. It hurt so bad that I spent two days in the old infirmary. The collarbone healed up perfectly, and I have not had any problem with it since. That was November, 1965.
