you have plenty of time to save for retirement.

Probably getting a government job with a pension and early retirement is a good idea.

They are walking and chewing gum and addressing it all. It's not that simple though. The Fed will end up controlling inflation with a numerous more rate hikes. .The dollar will strengthen and US exports will slow drastically. The housing market will tank. China needs to end the lockdowns. Russia needs to end the war. Those are just a few factors. I am not sure what the government can really do to clean up this mess. Expect a couple more off years. The market looks to get hammered again today. What could the Repus or Dems actually do right now? Maybe this trip to Saudi Arabia will help? I think everyone pretty much sees more tough times ahead though. What do you see?
