But, that foundation has built the same kind of foundation as what you find in the locker room, where you got guys with responsibility and accountability in ways that haven’t been in that program in a long time.

I don’t expect them to pull any kind of Clemson, I expect to see their very best game. I think pulling a Clemson, we need to find a new word now.”

Q. "Robert what are your expectations for Tajh Boyd tonight?"

Robert Smith's response-"Well, this entire Clemson team, you go back to last year, you go back to two years and that's when Clemson pulled a Clemson and lost to NC State. I expect them to come out on fire (two syllables) in the game tonight. Any Tajh Boyd is the primary reason why. He is such a great dual threat quarterback and when he gets on the edge you're not sure if he's gonna run the ball, if he's gonna pass the ball and if he does take off running your not sure if you've chosen the right vocation cause you don't wanta comeup and hit this guy even being about 20 pounds lighter than he was a couple years ago. He still runs with a lot of force great behind his pads especially in the red zone. He's very good running the ball inside the red zone which has become more of a necessity for this team. McDowel is not a very big running back. But I think Tajh Boyd is such a tremendous player, Chad Morris really uses him to full effect."
