He will serve a minimum of 2 years in prison if found guilty of felony DUI resulting in death. That’s what he is being charged with. That’s the minimum sentence by Nevada law. I don’t see a way out for him.

He should get more than 2 years, his victim lost her life, no way to fix that! He's a ####### for drinking then driving! I wouldn't lose a minute of sleep if they fried his ####! No excuse for that!
