Assuming you trap any? I mean, I figured it would take WAY too long if you're trying to make a termite pelt coat, so you must be eating them.

should have found a reputable local company.
Probably overpaid by quite a bit. And if you're going to use baits I would also put a liquid perimeter treatment of Termidor around.
