Exactly what change are you waiting on? The thing is you cant make your personal desires for the program an expectation for Dabo. The issue is you have never won a college football game as a coach and have never built a program so to make your desires an expectation thinking you know best for the program is a foolish concept.
Dabo has shown over time he is willing to adapt and change but does it in a way to not lose his secret sauce. Change just because some yahoo on a message board thinks it a good idea if a sure way to fall in to a state of despair.

Excuse me Ma'am- Last time I checked you have never won a college football game as a coach either. Criticism is warranted when the complacency has come from nepotism and a firm unchanged stance on the playbook and the transfer portal. Instead of staying ahead of the curve Dabo has fallen behind. That doesn't mean he can turn things around next season.

Not sure what pronoun you prefer (probably them or they) but your education has failed you so i will assume you did not attend Clemson.
You have ten data points. The first few show an upward trend with the next group bumping around at the top of the curve. You have a single point at the end of the curve which is lower than the last few. This single point does not represent a trend. Let me say it one more time in case them missed it: a single point does not represent a trend. Lots of causes for this single point to be a one off event such as injuries, experience, leadership, etc. 99% of the fanbases in CFB would love to be where we are today yet you think the world has ended for us because a one off experience?

I believe that trusting Dabo to fix the mistakes is the right move by all Clemson fans at this point. Obviously no major changes will happen during the season and no one should expect that. However you would have to have your head in the sand to see that the offense has made no improvements this season. That should be alarming and cause for concern. This happens to be a message board where a fan may share those concerns with other fans.
The other concern should be that yes historically Dabo has been a trail blazer in college football, but his actions and words are showing a different man today. Is that the case? Only time will tell and again I say we trust that Dabo will do what’s best for Clemson as he always has.
I’m not sure if you are an educated (insert preferred pronoun) or brainwashed, but you seem to be the type to follow Dabo to a mass suicide if he was giving out pizza and BYOG tee shirts. So I would ask the question. At what point would you question Dabo not changing? Two seasons of 4-6 losses in a row? Three? With superior talent, by the way. Even at that point I am in no way saying Dabo would be on the hot seat, but DRAD would have a serious heart to heart about changes.

Excuse me Ma'am- Last time I checked you have never won a college football game as a coach either.
Two logical fallacies. First, assuming, ad hominem within context since I don't see preferred pronouns or prefix noted. Next a accomplishment/authority fallacy.
Criticism is warranted when the complacency has come from nepotism and a firm unchanged stance on the playbook and the transfer portal.
Is complacency from nepotism? Most, save spiller have been in their positions long before the current seasons. Spiller has been a bright spot. Otherwise the coaches are accomplished. So we can completely discredit the nepotism claim.
The playbook is more interesting, but really the playbook has changed. It has simplified to the place where the players have executed. That is not unreasonable but the question of player development remains.
The lack of transfers, even before the portal is unchanged. We can criticize not using transfers but where would it be for the current season. This is more of a red hearing. Really the use or lack of transfers has nothing to do with the performance in the current season nor has it been a "fall off the cliff" issue. If anything we can point to LSU and their "loose" culture and building via transfers is both boom and bust (more bust than boom) and thus building through HS recruiting and development is as good if not better than the transfer method. Now, if you can do BOTH, then there is an argument.
Instead of staying ahead of the curve Dabo has fallen behind. That doesn't mean he can turn things around next season.
Define that "Dabo" has fallen behind? How would we define that: Is his recruiting no longer in the top 30? Has he decided to go bargain basement in coaching salaries? Is he no longer able to motivate his players?
You can finally say after 3 playoff QBs -two of them being generational qbs - and Tajh would have been a playoff QB if he played today) he hit a wall but even Oklahoma missing on a QB every so often. It is a part of the game. I mean, while everyone was chasing building their own "Alabama process model" he went in a different direction. He built culture. Does that mean that if a season does not pan out that we chuck it all? Does he need to reinvent the culture to solve todays issues.
It sounds like for "Dabo to be ahead" he has to be chasing what everyone one else is chasing. That isn't ahead. I think Dabo has proven that it isn't his mechanism for winning championships. How long do you wait to toss off the successful for the unknown.

zero expectations and desires for Dabo and the program? Also, what are your qualifications for saying nothing is amiss? It takes just as much expertise to know something is wrong as it does to know nothing is wrong.

The great programs do lose, but they come back. Nobody wins every game, every year, just ask Alabama.

We all know if it carries into next year it will be boo birds and empty seats. Some people don't care for complainers but the people talking are only the tip of the iceberg. Ill keep my opinion about what needs to be done to myself but just because Dabo has driven this bus well doesn't mean he can't make a wrong turn.
