I'm still confused about what happened with the Raiders. They had him listed as a starter then poof he's cut.

He was released so they could put him on the practice squad. They were out of room on the roster with like 3 people coming back from injury. The idea was to release him then resign him the following day. But he was picked up by Seattle. He was penciled in as starter then they had 2 vet linebackers sign and then when the o lineman went down they had to find a replacement fast. Since they just gotn2 starting lbs He was odd man out.

This is the second time Tanner has been activated by the Seahawks. If he is activated for one more game he has to be given a regular contract.
