where he throws high and can't seen to hit the back side of a barn. The first half last night was an example with many high throws and misses. BUT we stuck with him and he fought through it and the Tigers got the win!

Uh - add me to the list to sit Boyd - if we're counting.
He couldn't hit the ocean from a boat for the first 27 minutes of the first half. Only on our final drive in the first half was he able to throw ANY completion for more than 10 yards.
And YOU wanted to keep him in there???? I just want to get that straight.
For me - Stoudt is too good to sit him in that situation. He deserved at least ONE series to see if we could even move the ball.

I'm sorry, but you don't sit your 3rd year starter

who's competing for a heisman trophy, for a guy who hasn't started a game. Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, etc. have bad games at times but they never get benched do they?
I'm not saying Tajh is as good as those guys, but he's the undisputed starter and could go down as the best QB in Clemson history depending on the rest of the season. You don't sit your studs.

place, yea, maybe think about sitting him....but benching a dude and completely jacking his confidence is not the right answer....Tajh is one of the most successful qb's to EVER wear the paw...he should be afforded a little more respect from the fan base. some of you guys are freakin clowns

a real pressure situation in an hostile environment. Was 19-20 impressive? Sure. But was he ever under duress? Was the game on the line?
What if you put Stoudt in there last night, he gets pressured heavily like Boyd did a lot of the night, and he makes a huge mistake?
I'm not ready to jump on this "Stoudt is too good not to play bandwagon." Quite frankly i think it's ridiculous.

Couldn't agree with you more. Tajh had a good game and with a couple long balls that were barely overthrown, he could of had a great game. He held his composure and led the team to a good victory on the road in a hostile environment. He did what was expected of him.

But in no way can you give up on him. You let him work through the adversity. I think Sammy could have possibly caught that overthrow in the end zone, had he been on his horse.

0-3 vs. the chickens - Why would they want to sit him? Hopkins is missed.
