Who can enforce any regulations that would be put in place. Congress has essentially stripped the NCAA if any power to regulate.

OSU so wouldn’t he have to sit a year as it appears he hasn’t graduated yet. I thought the new transfer rule that was adopted only allowed for 1 transfer without having to sit

Flowers didn’t transfer. Jaelen Gill is the receiver you’re thinking of. He transferred from OSU to BC in 2020

Some parents get it but most don't as it seems with crazy TP turnover. This guy probably plays in foreign league if he dont make NBA which may be likely, but $600k would sway almost any player that doesn't have family money and is on the verge of being pro level.

Exactly!! That kind of money is life changing to some of these kids who grow up in poverty. Not I commend him for not taking the bait. It’s too tempting with no repercussions like sitting a year out. I can only imagine what some of our defensive guys were offered.
