STATESVILLE, N. C. (CNN Newsource/WCCB) - A North Carolina woman fears for safety after finding a confederate flag zip-tied to her front door. She says this is the second time she's been targeted by a hate group. "It's getting ridiculous, it's out of hand,” said Genesis Houpe. Houpe says enough is enough. She believes her family is once again the target of a hate group. She says her boyfriend found the flags outside her front door Sunday morning.
