the email announcing season tickets were posted

in the Clemson Tigers app, included this blurb:

“ Parking assignments for the 2022 football season are expected to be available on Monday, Aug. 8.”

But, it’s IPTAY so….

I spoke to IPTAY yesterday. Said they were trying to load the information yesterday but no later than end of week and you will receive an email once loaded.

But, they've said the same thing for about 2 weeks now so who knows.

I checked the IPTAY web site yesterday and it still says

"The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office and IPTAY system is undergoing a scheduled upgrade and will be inaccessible for a short period of time." Considering they started this upgrade in June, I'd say their definition of "a short period of time" for a website upgrade and mine are two different things. The same contractor doing the new video board must be doing the IPTAY web site upgrade...

Regardless, there doesn't seem to be a way to access ones IPTAY account online so I'm guessing the parking info will show up on the phone app or we'll know once we get the parking passes in the mail.

Are they EVER gonna fix the dang IPTAY website? Thing was supposed to be done end of June and now it’s gameday in Sept and the IPTAY website is still unusable with the undergoing maintenance banner eternally there.

At this rate football season will be over and they STILL won’t have this fixed.
