1.My vision is not for Clemson to be like Bama,Ohio State, and Notre Dame...my vision is for those teams to want to be like Clemson...
2. I will fix this problem....
3. It won't be THIRTY FIVE years before Clemson gets back in the National Championship game...
4. We will win it again....
5. Nolan Turner will be a great player....
*ALL OF THESE AND OTHERS TURNED OUT TO BE NOT SO STUPID...

Sorry Nick but you basically have the top recruiting class every year. You’re supposed to win all those NC’s. Now along comes Dabo without the recruiting numbers to win 2 of the last 3 and hand you the most embarrassing loss of your career. Dabo>Saban Prove me wrong.

I was telling my son about your #5 yesterday as we watched the game. Oh how I remember the criticism Dabo got here on tnet for wasting a scholarship, just to do a good deed! Wonder what those folks are saying now?

the thing that impressed me most is that he has done it HIS way. We are nothing like a bama clone, and his vision has made us superior to nana. He is the consummate CEO. I wouldn’t necessarily trust him with the x’s and o’s, but he finds the best players and coaches, recruits them, retains them, and demands excellence from them, all without the oppressive aura of Sagan’s program

No doubt about it, Swinney is a modern day football prophet. I wonder how many heard him say the best was yet to come, and thought, yeah right. I do not yet know if it happens because Dabo says it, or Dabo just can see these things happening based on what he sees. It might be a bit of both, but if he says Clemson will win 5 straight championships, I might tend to believe him until proven wrong. I wonder at times if he has a Delorean with a flux capacitor in his garage. He does not say things that are vastly different than what other head coaches say. It is the fact that you can look back at what he said years ago, and see that he nails his predictions in an uncanny way. I would sure like to see inside his garage.
