Made a mixture of ground beef, chorizo, corn, onion, black beans and fire roasted tomatoes. Messican spices of course.

Stuffed peppers and put in the crock 4 hrs on high. Instead of a half cup of water in the crock I used beer of course. Last 15 minutes I topped with Messican white cheese ‘crack’ dip.

As with any recipe you can use what you want. If Sonja were here I’d have used chicken since she doesn’t eat red meat.

My recipe is not as tasty as yours

Ground Turkey with spices
Zucchini
Onion
More peppers probably
Black Beans
Rice
Salsa
