Apparently the hill has become a massive PITA to get onto with all the double checking. Also 10 years ago a bunch of students that didn't have hill tickets would sneak into the game and onto the hill. Can't really do that anymore.

Students maybe don't sit on the hill? In today's world of me first, probably they don't.
