The problem is we won’t … no way you can argue cade isn’t ready and wouldn’t and couldn’t do what dj did .. Dabo says we need to involve him more and get him in and yet when he’s in it’s just hand offs … how do we know until the kid gets some legit snaps with the 1s… absolutely not excuse for the way dj played he shouldn’t have gotten a series or two … but the.man again streeter is so in over his head it wouldn’t have mattered … name one program that goodwin or streeter would be coordinators for

Possibly , how can you argue he couldn’t … he brought us back in the Syracuse game literally funny qb option read the entire game lol that argument goes both ways, dj and Trevor did it at the same weight pretty much … one thing I feel 100% confident is in is if Cade had 30 pass opportunities even in a crappy offense game plan , he completes more than 8 balls and might I add 5 of those completions were at or behind the line of scrimmage … that’s absolutely pathetic

The $64,000 question is: why haven't we moved on to another QB? And if we do go with Cade the last 2 games of the year or start Cade next year, why did it take so long to move on? two years.
That is what we all want to know. It's driving everyone insane thinking the coaches don't see what we see.

and rarely does so by name. He calls out positions or position groups. So does Dabo. But you don't roast your guys in the media.
When Dabo says DJ needs to make better, quicker decisions, or cites the WR drops, what do you think he's doing?
There's a reason guys want to play for him

players under the bus, nor would we want coaches who do that. Having said that, I think it's fair to expect an honest, acknowledgement of the obvious, and some kind of reasonable, believeable explanation and thoughts on getting it fixed. I don't want him to throw DJ under the bus, in this case, but some acknowledgement that our offense in general, including our QB play, has been disappointing all year, and was terrible tonight. Refusal to do that is insulting.

He and Dabo both have cited DJ's decision making

holding the ball to long. They're connected. But you can't make a guy react quicker than they are able. It's just not instinctive for DJ.
And I do believe there are reasons they never moved on to Cade. I don't think Cade is there yet physically. One thing DJ can do is take a pounding. Cade leaves the pocket to quick. He'll learn, is learning. And you don't pull a guy who was 8-0, and had won 14 straight. You just don't. But the did against Syracuse for the last quarter and a half. But not as starter.
DJ has been good or good enough in 9 games this year. He's been putrid in 3. I do believe this resolves itself in the next month

I think you missed the point.
Instead of Streeter taking the blame he talked about DJ worked his arsse off. No one doubts that. No one doubts that DJ is a good guy, hard worker, leader and performing at the highest level he is capable of. But, Streeter had no accountability for his decisions.
