That just sounds exactly like what Dabo said after the ND game. "We gotta get Cade more touches." We saw how that worked out. "We are still figuring out how to utilize Cade." Is this like some impossible algebraic formula? I'm not going to expect any different with the QB situation until they show me they are willing to make a change and quit making things harder than they need to be.

Cade got benched in ND game after 1 Freshman mistake; if DJ was benched after every Freshman mistake (after 3 years on campus) - well, you get the point. The story is getting stranger by the day.

I put that mistake on the coaches. I know they didn’t but some conspiracy theorists out there could say that was sabotage. Either way bad decision to throw it but should have been protected from that decision IMO. He**, they protect DJ from every possible thing.

I agree with you - worse possible time to throw Cade into the fire with that field position - I felt that it was setting him up for failure.
