Am I screwed?
So we have property in the mountains that we rent when we are not there. Some #### renter decided to log in on his Amazon Prime account and deleted our account. Now I can't do any streaming, not NetFlix, IMDb, youtube or even access my TV account settings without his PIN, WHICH AMAZON WILL NOT PROVIDE.
They tell me to call the manufacturer (Toshiba) to do a factory reset. But guess what, I can't do that without the PIN. Toshiba said call Amazon.
Any pro tips? The TV is not even a year old.

Maybe bring it back to the main house where the wifi will be different and you can work around that way?

Or just make sure it can't get internets.
If it has one of those settings that turns it into a demo TV, that may reset it, too. Then turn it back into home version of the TV.
