Honestly not that great. I had high hopes for 2023 but after losing 3 of our top defensive players and now maybe Kanak I just don’t see how we will be able be a decent defensive team.

State is not winning in DV next year. Miami is probably the biggest threat. They had been recruiting well and once they pulled the trigger to transition to the FR QB this year they improved greatly - with a new coach, they will be the toughest ACC out and we may have to play them twice. ND is our biggest challenge overall and that is later so hopefully QB situation is a lot better then - whether DJ or CK.
Our D will be lights out next year so that will be our best chance as it stands over the next 2 years. The following year we will have to outscore a lot of folks. We will be facing massive losses on D after next year and we have not recruited enough to not struggle upfront.

The schedule seems easier than this year but we do have Notre Dame on the schedule. And i'm sure we will play better so playoffs is more than possible if we get above average QB play. Defense will still be top 5. We go as far as the offense.

Got a chance. We lose some key players on D, especially Shalski will hurt. So our D may not be as dominant, but our offense should definitely be better.

Zero chance. This recruiting cycle is going to set us back at least a year. We really need a great recruiting cycle next year. If we get that I think we could be back in the playoff in a couple of years.

playoffs began? Not sure DJ has the skills to do it. Love Cade Klubnick, but he's not Trevor Lawrence.
These super light recruiting classes have shrunk our window of opportunity to next year before we become a young team again.

Outside chance. the problem will be that Clemson can no longer rest on it's NC laurels because of this season. the effect of this one bad season and perhaps a weak schedule in 2022 will allow Clemson to get into the top 10, but will make it hard to break into the top four. It will take other schools losing to make it into the play-offs.

Got a chance, just like 2015. I think the new OC and DC are going to surprise people next year, and the team is going to be hungry again after a 3-loss year. They're back on the ROY bus.
