Starting Pitcher

Does anyone know who is our starting pitcher for todays matchup against the coots? Let’s hope the Tigers take care of business this afternoon and wins the series.

We are in need of a reliever. One that can close out a game. One was needed yesterday. A win today would be great but we are in Cooterville and it will be tough.

Pitcher by committee. The problem is we don’t enough reliable arms (right now) to trust that. Clayton and Hoffman are going to have to be good today. Starters last year who are now long relievers. Both had success vs Scar last year but that was last year (new players) Lindley and Tallent will be used today. BJ Bailey is an available LHP. It wouldn’t be ideal to see Caden Grice get his first opportunity on the mound in this type of game but he’s a lefty that we may need for matchup purposes. That’s if he’s available today after being ejected late yesterday

In hopes of jinxing it, it really feels to me like we blew our opportunity to win the series yesterday. We had it right in front of us to win. The coach even felt the same way and showed that when he brought in what was supposed to be todays starter to try and seal yesterday’s game to win the series and go from there. Now we go to their place, they have a legit starter, we don’t as of now. It’s baseball though. We may come out and jump on them 1st inning taking momentum back to our side and run with it. We may have a Brody Koerner type pitching performance that’s unexpected. The game is unforgiving
