Lol! Still good for you. It’s no fun but far better than battling cancer you could’ve prevented. We got home at noon from having one this morning. All good. Hope your is smooth sailing.

Good luck for a uneventful procedure. If you're having an endoscopy as well which I've had a couple times with six colonoscopies, make sure they do the top side first if the same instrument will be used for both ends. The prep is the worst part for me. Had the first one at age 53 which disclosed a pre cancerous polyp. The 5th showed another. My Dad had part of his colon removed at age 82 and lived almost another 13 years in reasonably decent health.

You will be thankful afterwards. My ex wife passed away 2 years ago this month at the young age of 45. She had no idea until it was too late. Diagnosed with colon cancer in June of 2020 and passed in April of 21.

And prepare yourself for one epic fart when you’re done. Don’t be embarrassed. EVERY person that comes in there for that procedure has the epic fart afterwards. In addition to my epic fart, I had the walking farts going out of the place. My wife could’ve died but I thought it was hilarious. I mean where and when in society are you actually encouraged to fart? I was in my element.
