Started my diet yesterday

Got out of the shower Monday night and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror


Ruined my night.


So we start intermitted fasting. Had great results back before COVID shutdown with it.


Just got figure out how I can get a 12 pack of coronas in me before 9 pm while not drinking on the job.

APM has had like 3 waves of porking up during COVID.

But since the first of this year he’s been able to keep it below 180 consistently and mostly around 175. Was up as high as 186 and probably higher but wasn’t stepping on the scales.

Anyhoo, intermittent fasting or fruit only before lunch. Big, healthy salad for lunch, reasonable dinner. Alcohol and/or dessert at least once on weekends.

Plenty of exercise.

But it’s mostly the caloric intake.
