Here's something I found on their website
Nov 6, 2014, 10:35 AM
|
|
"From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection.
Our mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time."
I hate that crap. Just make the dern coffee.

Your brewer should maintain a water temperature between 195
Nov 6, 2014, 10:12 AM
|
|
- 205 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal extraction. Colder water will result in flat, underextracted coffee while water that is too hot will also cause a loss of quality in the taste of the coffee.

Starbucks has always interested me
Nov 6, 2014, 10:15 AM
|
|
So has the phenomena of bottled water as well. You know we are still in relatively good times when people pay $1.50 for a bottle of water and $5 for a cup of coffee. It also means we're still being stupid.
Personally, $5 for a cup of flavored, watered down, spiced up, altered, sweetened and fattened coffee does not strike me as something worth my $5. I drink my coffee strong and black anyway, so Starbucks probably hates me as much as I hate them.

Its not really 5 dollars for a cup of coffee
Nov 6, 2014, 10:17 AM

the largest cup of just coffee at starbucks is 20 oz and costs around 2.50
All that other stuff is lattes and cappuccinos and mochas and what not and not a typical "cup of coffee"

Almost everything is cheaper if you stock it and prepare it at home yourself. Do you know go out to dinner at all, knowing that almost anything you buy will be more expensive than the 'pennies' version at home....

It stays ####### packed, no parking anywhere for the Fedex store or SportClips, the only two places I need to visit in that area. And holy sheet at the women who just sit in their cars for 30 minutes after walking out of Starbucks, I NEED THAT ####### PARKING SPOT LADY

HEAD COACH FTW
Nov 6, 2014, 10:52 AM

i don't know that for a fact. I've been to each place juance.
Sport Clips seemed meh, Head Coach seemed like a kids attraction at a theme park or something...
I usually just Great Clips, or clippers in the bath tub....however, I DID go 2 Saturdays ago and was all like "it'd be cool to watch a football game right now..."

She has fake red hair, so she is actually hot, not normal ginger "hot". Her ####### resting on my shoulder are enough of a reason to get my hairs cut there.

understand or a trashy chick who I'm pretty sure I went to high school with. The Russian does a better job, but the trashy chick is a 8/10 on the trailer park hotness scale so I prefer her.
