That reminds me: the only realtor who lives and works in Wagener, SC is retiring.
This awesome little town (and surrounding area) in Aiken County accounted for over $4,000,000 in listings last year. Great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of small town life but still make good money. Obviously she worked hard (while taking 10+ weeks off) and is well-known and respected in the community.

I was a realtor once and would never want to do it again. Dogs are nothing compared to the people you have to deal with and top of the list is other realtors that are just plain jerks.
My daughter and her husband are still in the business and doing very well. It's just not for me.
